RACKET SUPPLY RACQUET DEMO PROGRAM TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND AGREEMENT

Racket Supply offers racquet demo program for our customers who would like to test out specific racquets before purchasing one. We have the most popular brands and racquet models on the demo program. Up to $40 of demo fees total may be applied toward a racquet purchase, more than $40 demo fees you will pay for the difference. New racquet purchase needs to be made within end of Demo. Below are the specific terms and conditions. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL CONTRACT. By initialing after each paragraph, you agree to the terms stated.

• You can borrow 1 Racquets at time and $10 per week (7 Days) and $300 Deposit. There is no limit on how many racquets you try within the same week.(you can exchange rackets within the 7 day for free). If no racquet purchase is made at the end of the demo, the $10 per week payments are non-refundable. Do the supply chain issue we may not have the racket at the time for purchase, please let us know what model you like we can check see if we have stock or not before you start the program.

• You are responsible for the return of all racquets. You will be charged at the full retail price of any racquets that you borrowed in the event of lost, stolen, abused, accidentally damaged, etc

• A credit card and valid ID is needed for using the demo program. The full value of each racquet borrowed is placed on the card provided. The value held on the racquet is released from your account when the racquet is returned within 7 days. If you fail to return the racquet, the full price will be charged to your credit card. This charge is non-refundable.

• If you fail to return the racquet on time, $2 per day or $10 max will be charged for the following week. If you’re more than 30 days late, and we are unable to reach you, we will consider it as a bridge-of-contract, and will charge your credit card for full price of the racquets borrowed.
